Owner of land terms and conditions

  • Take pictures of the desired location.
  • After you administer your soil test place results along with picture of land, so customer knowsexactly what they’re getting and can bring in the right amendments for the best soil as possible.
  • The desired location must have access to sunlight 6-8 hours a day, you can accomplish this bygoing to SunCalc.org. This website detects paths of the sun, sunrise, sun peak, shadow lengthsand more. By knowing the paths of the sun, you can pick the perfect space for a garden.
  • Owner must communicate and allow access to garden through website, and directly to growerthrough phone, email, or text. You can do so by entering the times grower must be on and offproperty, what part of land they can access and any specific details you would want your growerto know about the space they are renting in the detail section on the application.
  • Owner may not handle garden at any time unless with permission by the grower.
  • If the owner has any pets, the pets must be brought into the house or leashed upon growers’ arrival.
  • When a grower is interested in your asset, they will contact the website and we will reach out tothe landowner notifying them a cultivator is interested and will send the suggested pricepayment for the space the landowner has we can send payments through Zelle, cash app,Venmo, PayPal or straight to the landowners account by wire.
  • Future listing of assets can be terminated if terms and agreements are not met NO REFUND OF LISTING FEE
  • Landowners cannot break contract once agreed to terms and conditions if so, grower may take legal action themselves to recover any funds spent on through accessing your land and the process of the starting the garden.
  • Garden Space LLC, has done extensive research on the pricing of one's land, but these are just recommendations on how you could price your property; however, the owner of the land may price his or her own property however they like.

Pricing for available space

  • $1 per sqft with a minimum of 150 sqft. Anything over 500 sqft will be at a discounted rate of 85 cents per sqft. (The incentive for water will be sqft x 0.625 x $5.25)
  • Garden Space LLC has done extensive research on the pricing of ones land, but these are just recommendations on how you could price your property; however, the owner of the land may price his or her own property however they like.

Grower of land terms and conditions

  • Must have own tools, seeds, chemicals, and barriers.
  • Must be on and off property at an appropriate time no earlier than 6:30am to 7:30pm eastern
    time.
  • Growers must notify the owner when they are arriving 30 minutes prior and when they are
    leaving the property.
  • Growers must not leave any tools, chemicals, barriers, etc. on property. Each time you are on
    the property (take your things with you) the owner is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or
    damaged tools.

Garden space llc is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen goods, garden space is not liable for any landowner negligence or cultivators’ negligence, or any rules broken from terms and conditions.
